Synexa Life Sciences is excited to welcome Claire Wildgoose as General Manager – UK, following the acquisition of Alderley Analytical in 2024.
With over 30 years of experience in the bioanalytical CRO industry, Claire Wildgoose has been a key figure in driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Alderley Analytical, Claire played a critical role in managing the company’s P&L, and was pivotal in the growth and development of the operational team, ultimately leading to the company’s successful acquisition by Synexa Life Sciences in October 2024.
From starting her career as an apprentice scientist, her aptitude for process improvements and project management led to a role as Global Project Manager at ICON Development Solutions, where she managed complex bioanalytical projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Claire’s expertise encompasses project management, bioanalysis, chromatography, clinical trials, GLP and GCP regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. She is recognised for her strategic leadership, consistently delivering high-quality bioanalytical services and optimising operational performance.
In her new role as General Manager UK, Claire, who holds a First-Class honours degree in Applied Chemistry from Manchester Metropolitan University, will focus on aligning UK operations with Synexa’s global strategy, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the continued delivery of world-class bioanalytical services.
